Inventory Tracking Spreadsheet

Several of you have purchased my inventory tracking spreadsheet that I have available in the Documents for Sellers tab at the top of the page. Now that you have had a month or so to work with it, would you mind letting me know how it's working for you? As I mentioned before, it is a very basic spreadsheet - nothing fancy. Are there any features you wish it had? Have you come across any problems with it? Any cells that aren't formatting automatically? Or any problems with the auto-calculations? Please take a moment to let me know how it's working for you.

And while you're at it, are there any other spreadsheets that you think might be useful?

  1. I havent been able to use it because my computer is effed up. I got a virus at the beginning of february and it is hiding all my files. I dont even have anything in my start up menu. My hubby keeps putting off fixing it. I guess he is punishing me for opening a bad file It looked really useful when I looked at it after getting it.

  2. I have also not been able to use it. When I downloaded it to Excel it fills up the page with what looks like Chinese writing. I have tried to fix it but have not succeeded as yet. Someone told me if you are sending it from Windows XP and I have Windows 7 it may not work. Any ideas? I really want to use it. Thanks!

  3. That's weird. I use Windows 7 ...

I have made the spreadsheet available as a Google doc and sent links out to all who have purchased it. Thanks for letting me know!

  4. It would be nice if it had shipping charged and shipping actual.

    1. That's a good idea. I've just added those columns. Remember, this spreadsheet is NOT intended to calculate your net profit. It doesn't calculate fees or anything like that. It's simply intended to be a reference/record for what you paid for items and what they sold for, in the event that you find another of the same item in the future, or to help you decide what offers to accept.

If you have previously purchased this spreadsheet and would like the revised one with the shipping columns, please email me using the "Contact Me" link at the top of my blog and I will send it out to you.

All future purchases will include those columns.

  5. It must also be able to address most of the present compatibility issues that plague the software industry due to the different operating systems available in the market today. Click here to know about liteblue
